How do we deliver a natural high?
It’s actually a scientific thing. You can get high ‘naturally’ from dancing to great music and connecting with others on a high vibe dance floor. By letting loose dancing to the tunes you love, you can release all the happy chemicals which make you feel alive! Including endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin!!
